Track: 342m shale with wide bends and steel plate fence. Experienced track staff and stewards. Minimal delays clearing the track.

Toilets: Much improved, plenty to go at.
Viewing: Close to track, prone to covering you with shale. Do not wear white, or you'll go home looking like a Dalmation dog. New concrete terrace built on turns 1 & 2 for 2007 World Final.
Parking: Adjacent to the stadium is adequate if you arrive in time.
Security: Previously discrete. Occasionally men in yellow may stop you and look in your personal belongings.
Track Shop: Cheap T shirts anyone? Small adequately stocked, friendly staff.
Food & Drink: Surprising good burgers. And Pasta...yes! Usual rubbish as well. 3 small bars + TV's.
Pit Access: Yes, although when it rains it involves island hopping to keep out of the puddles and mud.
Racing Quality: Excellent. Fast. Anything can happen, not at all predictable. Consistently the best in UK.
Communication: Good, bags of information from enthusiastic and well informed announcers.
Irritating points: Inside marker tyres are a necessary evil, but also the cause of occasional race stoppages
WOW Factor: Fast and unpredictable
Future: Large investments seems to point to a secure future
