1st side panel clamped on but it was slightly tapered, leaving a 5 mm gap between side bar and panel. Bugger!! Take it off...start again....Zzzzzzzz.

We couldn't get to the car because some giant castings were in the way, so Ian cracked on prefabricating the nerf rail on the assembly line. |

There it is, the first nerf rail. Ian also made up a back bumper. Next week after the outside is done, we will be welding these ont the car. It will look good. |
